The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide Groundwater Monitoring, Solid Vapor Gas Monitoring, and Reporting Program at the Stockton Field Maintenance Shop (FMS) located at 8020 South Airport Way, Stockton, California in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
