Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, supplies, equipment, fertilizer, insecticides, herbicides, soil fumigants, and other materials necessary to grow one-year-old (1-0) bareroot hardwood seedlings (various species). The contractor will sow, culture, lift, pack, store and assist with loading seedlings for government. Hardwood seedlings (variety of species) shall be grown in compliance with scientific nursery protocol.
