The building is the main office for the National Park Service, Northern Great Plains Inventory and Monitoring Network and other NPS (4) and US Forest Service (1) staff (22 total). The office and fenced parking is a central base of operations for the network provide natural resource monitoring and technical assistance to 13 parks in North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming and Nebraska. Office setting and equipment storage is necessary to include administrative, science and resources, education, and outreach, and facilities management. Due to daily, weekly, and seasonal loading unloading of equipment space on the first floor is required

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
