NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, AK intends to award a sole source purchase order to CARDINAL HEALTHCARE. CARDINAL HEALTHCARE will be providing: AEP/DAEP/ASSR.DPOAE SYATEM; AEP/CAEP/ASSR/DPOAE; GSI Audera laptop computer (110); Laptop cable kit; HP DaskJet Color Printer – Desktop (110); Unibody cart for the portable; Unibody cart with footwsitch bracket; Power outlet with IEC320 connectors (QTY – 1 Each.) This will be sole source unless other prospective vendors can provide same item. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 15 Aug 2008. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
