This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, 6565 Surveillance Loop, Bldg 6001, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846; has a requirement to procure the following product:

The Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Lab of the Automotive Directorate requires an upgrade to its GSS9000 Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) manufactured by Spirent Federal Systems. The upgrade include a GPS L2 16 channel upgrade and the addition of the SimAUTO automotive sensor emulator.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to Spirent Federal Systems, 1402 W State Road, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062-5015. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334220 and the Business Size Standard is 750.

All responses received within ten businesses (10) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed requirement will be based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
