Georgia State University (GSU, ¿Using Agency¿) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing General Contractor (¿GC¿) services for the project known as Project No. 0117-085-24, BoR BR-50-2404, Georgia State University Baseball Field at Georgia State University, 318 Pollard Blvd SW, Atlanta GA 30312. Coordinates 33°44'21"N 84°23'23"W. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the services mentioned above. Firms determined by the Owner to be the most qualified for this project will be invited to offer Competitive Sealed Bids for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and additional terms and conditions listed in the Owner¿s Request for Qualifications / Request for Competitive Sealed Bids (RFQ/RFP).
