The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located in/at 1808 W Aztec Ave, Gallup, NM 87301, has an upcoming requirement for a contractor to plan and implement two 2-day Fitness and Wellness camps for the youth within the Gallup Service Unit. The camps will provide engaging physical activities, team building skills, and health education. The tentative period of performance is November 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 611620 with a small business size standard of $18.0 million. 

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00004 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by October 13, 2022.  Evaluation factors may include contractor certifications, experience, and price.  Quotes will be due on or by October 24, 2022, by 10:00 a.m. MDT.
