Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (¿eRFQ¿) is being issued to establish a contract for (1) one year with the option of (4) one year renewals with one qualified supplier who will provide Police Uniforms to the Georgia State University (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this eRFQ. GSU is requesting quotes for an Open Agency Contract for Police Uniforms for approximately 240 employees. Bid submissions must include exact brand or approved equal for all items listed on the attached specifications sheet. Bid submissions must also include completed attached Mandatory Questions sheet.
