Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this Request for Proposals (¿RFP¿) is being issued to establish a contract for (1) one year with the option of (4) four one-year renewals with one qualified supplier who will provide sushi and sushi related products for consumption by guests utilizing three GSU dining halls and retail out. (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this RFP. GSU Dining Services seeks one vendor that will provide all labor and materials needed to supply sushi and sushi related products for consumption by guests utilizing three GSU dining halls and retail out. The vendor must have three (3) years or more experience in Sushi business. This is for 3 residential dining halls at GSU Atlanta Campus. THe vendor must provide the scope of work detailed in this RFP
