The purpose of this Request for Offers is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, licenses, permits, fees and supervision necessary for the Renovation and Replacement of Interior Finishes and Selected Exterior Items at the Guardhouse at the FAA’s Denver ARTCC (Air Route Traffic Control Center), Longmont, CO, in accordance with the specifications, drawings, contract clauses, and wage rates. This acquisition is set aside for competition among eligible socially and economically disadvantaged business (SEDB) concerns.
