The Town of Agawam is seeking quotes for Gutter & Downspout Replacement at the Clifford M. Granger Elementary School located at 31 South Westfield Street Feeding Hills MA for the Town of Agawam in accordance with the accompanying plans and specifications prepared by Casella Design Associates. The Contract is estimated to be $ 14,000.00. A non-mandatory Pre-bid Conference/site inspection will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday December 7, 2021 at the site, 31 South Westfield Street Feeding Hills, MA 01030. All participants shall assemble in the front U shaped entry parking area (West side) prior to being admitted to the work area. Quotes must be received before Wednesday December 15, 2021 at 2:30 PM. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive contractor with the lowest quote. The person awarded the contract will be required to sign the Town’s Owner Contractor Agreement. All quotes must be endorsed with the name and business address of the Proposer and marked "RFQ #21-192 -021 “Clifford M. Granger Elementary School – Gutters & Downspouts Replacement – 2021”. Prevailing Wage rates have been established for this project by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Town of Agawam reserves the right to reject any or all of the quotes if it deems it to be in the public interest to so do. NOTE – The total budget of this project is NOT estimated be cost over $50,000.00 and therefore is subject to Procurement laws in accord with M.G.L. Chapter 149, Sec.44A(2)(C), and shall follow said procedures as well as M.G.L. Chapter 30, Sec.39 m.
