Estimated cost is $20,000 – $24,000 A highly recommended site visit will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 26, located at Food Express 2901 NW Lower River Road, Vancouver, WA 98660. Individuals attending the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be required to furnish and utilize safety equipment to include reflective clothing (or vest), sturdy shoes, gloves and a mask appropriate for COVID 19 protection (no ventilated masks allowed). Man-lifts and/or ladders will be available at each building for the site visit to facilitate inspection of the current gutter as necessary; however, users must provide their own safety equipment to include PPE, harness and lanyard.
