constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This brand name requirement is for a rebuilt SPERRY MK 15 MOD 0 Gyro Repeater (P/N 64024).

The solicitation number is EE133M-11-RQ-0572, and is issued as a RFQ.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular 2005-40.

This action is a Total Small Business Set-aside, for NAICS code 423830, with a size standard of no more
than 100 employees.

See the attached RFQ for a description of the products to be provided.
All goods are to be received NLT 01AUG2011. The parts will be delivered to the NOAA Ship GORDON
GUNTER, 151 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, MS 39567.

The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Award will
be made on a Firm Fixed Price basis, to the lowest priced responsible Offerror.

All Quotes are to be accompanied by a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial
Items.
