Requirement. All contract work will provide for inspection, testing, and analyzing concrete in the field as well as in the laboratory. The contract awarded under this procurement will be a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) using NAICS Code 541380 Testing Laboratories, at Folsom Dam, Folsom, CA. JFP Sites are located within California. A performance period of four (4) years is planned (Base Period of one year and three one year option periods). The contractor shall provide necessary support to USACE for inspection, testing, and analyzing concrete in the field as well as in the laboratory. The contractor shall supply: personnel, vehicle(s), equipment, and supplies necessary for inspection and testing.  Proposal due date is 22 February 2012, at 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).  Deadline for questions is 15 February 2012 at 2:00 PM PST.
