This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for market research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION, OR BID. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is conducting market research to determine if there are interested and capable Open Market and/or GSA offerors in the marketplace with the knowledge, skills, interest, and capability to provide Radiation Dosimetry services in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). This market survey is to determine if the DRAFT PWS is viable in the marketplace, whether offerors are willing to participate, estimated pricing, and if small businesses are available in the marketplace to participate in the procurement process. The EPA plans to issue a single award firm-fixed-price contract with a 14-month Base Period and four 1-year Option Periods for Radiation Dosimetry services for EPA offices located throughout the country. The anticipated NAICS Code is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 million.
All interested, capable, and qualified Radiation Dosimetry service providers are encouraged to reply to this market survey. Please discuss any questions/concerns/improvements you identify in the Statement of Work or Anticipated Dosimetry Pricing Structure. NARRATIVES SHALL BE NO LONGER THAN 10 TOTAL PAGES; information such as brochures, certifications, and other industry information is not included in the 10-page limitation.
Please include the following information in your response/narrative: (1) Company name, address, point of contact information (email, telephone, etc.), and GSA Contract Number, if applicable; (2) Identification and verification of the company's SBA Certified business status (i.e., Large, Small, Certified HubZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and/or Women-Owned Business); (3) A narrative regarding a thorough review of the DRAFT Performance Work Statement and DRAFT Dosimetry Pricing Structure and any questions/concerns that need to be addressed/discussed; (4) A narrative regarding additional suggestions to improve the DRAFT Performance Work Statement and/or DRAFT Dosimetry Pricing Structure to meet overall agency need; and (5) Estimated Pricing based on the DRAFT Dosimetry Pricing Structure.
