The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, management, travel, reports and equipment necessary for the installation of replacement parts, maintenance, and testing of the Chiller Plant Cooling tower water, Boiler Plant make up water, Buildings 111 and 102 closed glycol loops, monitoring and monthly testing of 8 water monitoring panels located in buildings 146, 147, 148, 11, 102, 123, and 111 and building 102 utility water testing, at the Clement J. Zablocki Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI.
