The Contractor shall provide all travel, labor, labor hours, management, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to provide circuit breaking testing located at the Clement J. Zablocki Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI 53295, as defined in the Scope of Work (SOW). Testing shall be performed in the month of April each year.
