There is no solicitation. The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Division in Portland, OR has plans to award using other than full and open competition to Integrated Resource Management for restoration of native forest and grassland habitat at Little White Salmon National Fish Hatchery, Cook, Washington. Firm has completed comprehensive reviews and on-the ground restoration activities on properties and recently completed a comprehensive habitat stewardship plan for USFWS-owned lands at Little White Salmon NFH. As such, award to another source for this follow-on contract would result in duplication of costs to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. The Service intends to award Sole Source to Integrated Resource Management. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2) (iii).
