In accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.207, MacDill AFB, FL intends to solicit competitive offers from Small Businesses for an Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for habitat restoration services at MacDill AFB, Florida. This requirement is 100% set aside exclusively for Small Business concerns. This contract period of performance is anticipated at one (1) basic year and four (4) one-year option years. Performance will take place at MacDill AFB, FL. The anticipated minimum guaranteed amount of the proposed contract is estimated to be $2,500 for the life of the contract. Solicitation is estimated to be released on FBO NLT 10 Aug 11. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009 in order to receive award.
