Participation is in accordance with Executive Order 13171, specifically Section 2 (g), and the Office of Personnel Management's Nine-Point Plan, specifically point #4. This posting is not a request for proposals or quotes but serves as notice of the intent of the PBGC to make an award without full and open competition.
