This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular AC 2021-05, DPN 20210115 AFAC 2019-1001 Revision 1.
This requirement will be fulfilled using the Simplified Acquisition procedures, FAR Part 13.

Description of Requirement:
The government anticipates one single award Firm Fixed Price contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, devices, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, permits, notifications, and all miscellaneous requirements to to perform all the inspections and required repairs. The Service Provider will complete required inspection of the siphon tube and discharge valve on the 150 pound wheeled fire extinguishers per TCTO 13F4-4-501. This inspection will be identical to, and completed as, a 6-year “Complete Maintenance” procedure that is outlined in the attached quote. Total quantity of fire extinguishers needing inspection are (48). Once the inspection is complete, the SP will be responsible for procuring any repair parts or material needed to bring the fire bottles back into compliance with Air Force and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) code and standards. The required repairs must be completed by NLT 30 July 2021 and the bottles returned to Westover Air Reserve Base by aforementioned date.
