TOTAL SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE
PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE:
Demolition of an approximately 1,320 square foot building and foundation is required, along with removal and proper disposal of all materials. There are identified asbestos hazards present in the building, which require removal and disposal as part of this project. There is a possibility of the presence of lead-based paints based on the age of the building.
The project includes locating and sealing/capping off utilities serving the building. An approximately 30-foot high tree must be removed along with its stump. Approximately 100 square feet of concrete must be demolished and removed. A dusk-to-dawn light from an existing utility pole must be relocated. Uniformly rough grade demolition site, providing a smooth transition between new grade and existing grades.
SITE VISIT: A site visit is planned on or about July 13, 2017. Details will be included in the solicitation.
COMPETITION:
Solicitation No. R17PS01030 will be posted as at Total SDVOSB Set-Aside and will result in a firm fixed price contract. The requirement shall be procured in accordance with Subparts 12, 13 and 19 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote.
The Government reserves the right to award with or without discussions. The complete Statement of Work will be defined in the solicitation documents.

The NAICS code for this procurement is 238910 with a small business size standard of $15.0 Million.

The anticipated release date is July 6, 2017
The anticipated Quote due date is August 7, 2017 at 14:00 hours local time (MDT).
