REQUEST FOR QUOTE The University of Texas at San Antonio (“UTSA”) is requesting quotes (“Quote”) from vendors for the goods and/or services more specifically described in the “Items” section of this quote request. Quote shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this request, or any resulting agreement. Vendor understands and acknowledges that any quote response that is subject to bidder's specific qualifications or terms may be rejected from consideration in University's sole discretion. UTSA is seeking approximately 5,000 bottles of hand sanitizer with the following key specifications: 1. Bottles in the 8 – 9 oz. size range 2 2. Formula is at least 60% or greater alcohol based (gel) 3. 3. Disc Top bottle, flip cap, or pump 4. 4. Whole case purchase in the range of approximately 5,000 bottles (approximately 24 bottles/case) 5. Budget limitation for this request is $19,000 6. Vendor must submit a quote containing the details of the product submitting in response to this request.
