PURPOSE
Provide center handrail to comply with OSHA requirements at Building 2267 for 163 ATKW CA ANG at March ARB.
SCOPE
A Fabricate and install stainless steel intermediate handrail at interior concrete stairs as shown on
the drawings.
B Design is based on Circum Round Post Railing System as manufactured by HDI Railing
Systems. This design matches existing system

Section 1.3 Description of the Project: mention other work and not handrail, is this correct? ANSWER: Work is the handrails only.
Section 13.B Offer guarantee is checked not required. But Section 5.3. Bid Guarantee states it is required. Can you please confirm what is required? ANSWER: Offer/Bid Guarantee is not required
