The Naval Air Systems Command, Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract to the Boeing Company, St. Charles, MO, for a twenty-four (24) month period of integration of Harpoon AGM-84L and ATM-84L onto the Indian Air Force (IAF) Jaguar aircrafts. As the only designer, developer, manufacturer and supplier of Harpoon AGM-84L and ATM-84L, the above listed firm possesses the peculiar engineering capability, resources, expertise, intricate knowledge and proprietary technical data necessary to satisfy the Government's need and schedule requirements for the integration of the Harpoon on the IAF Jaguar aircrafts.

This acquisition is being pursued under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Unless otherwise stated herein, no additional written information is available. Request for written information will be discarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data required to purchase this component from other sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data.
