The Naval Air Systems Command, Precision Strike Weapons - PMA-201, intends to negotiate and award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-09-G-0002 with Delex Systems, Inc. Herndon, VA for the acquisition of Harpoon Ship Command Launch Control Set (HSCLCS) Embedded Trainer (HET) Training for the Egyptian Navy (EN). This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
