The Contractor's Proposal shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and all things necessary pursuant to Drawings, Specifications and Conditions, etc., for construction of the Harrisburg Park and Streetscape (hereinafter referred to as the Project). Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. The proposed project is to provide a new streetscape at Laverne Circle and Harrisburg Road. The improvements will also include reconfiguration of the existing parking lot at Harrisburg Park, new site amenities, stormwater improvements, lighting, and playground installation.
