THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE NOTICE.  The USDA/ARS intends to award a Firm fixed price sole source contract under the 41 U.S.C 253 (c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 (2) (C) (ii) (A) only one responsible source to NatureForm Hatchery Technologies, 925 North Ocean Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  Description of Requirement: The objective of this sole source award is to procure and install incubators and hatchers in two separate research facilities within the ARS. The equipment will match existing equipment.  The incubators and hatchers shall be used to support research in Chicken Genetics and Immunogenetics Germplasm and Hen Breeder studies.  This requirement will be for the purchase and installation of QTY - 5 EACH, Incubators NMC-2340 and QTY - 2 EACH, Hatchers H-2.  The NAICS code for this requirement is 333111 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes however; all information received by August 11, 2014 will be considered by the Government.
