Sources Sought Notice:

This is a Sources Sought/Information posting to identify potential sources for a blanket purchase agreement. This is not a request for a quote. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking potential sources capable of providing transportation and disposal of aforementioned RCRA and non RCRA hazardous waste streams within 72 hours of requested service from Edwards AFB, CA (see the attached Performance-Based Statement of Work, dated April 8, 2009).

Any interested parties believing they can meet all the requirements, may submit a statement of capabilities. All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government technical representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotations. However, to be considered in this sources sought, please provide information regarding performance in recent and relevant contracts, commercial or government, with points of contacts for each as well as a listed of current certifications identified in the PWS. Please reference the synopsis number along with your information. The NAICS code is 562112. FSC code is S221.

The information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to remain a small business set-aside or open the requirement to full and open. A determination by the Air Force not to open the requirement to full and open, based on response to this sources sought synopsis, is solely within the discretion of the Air Force. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this sources sought synopsis. It is anticipated that a Blanket Purchase Agreement will be awarded in May or June 2009.
