THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE AWARD AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.

The Government Publishing Office (GPO) in Washington DC will be awarding a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract to Applied Products, Inc. located at 6035 Baker Road Minnetonka, MN 55345. The vendor is acquired to supply the HB Fuller Adhesive V-3869-PN (GPO Property Number 291285.GM) in 30 gallon (total weight 485 pounds each) lined cardboard drums. This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures per MMAR 13.

This is not a request for competitive quotes, but serves as a procurement notice to fulfill public posting requirements in accordance with MMAR 5.101(a)(2). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice.
