Solicitation will be posted on Emptoris on February 4, 2011.  Offers will be accepted until February 18, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. 

All interested Suppliers will need to be registered on Emptoris in order to be notified when the solicitation becomes available: http://uspsesourcing.emptoris.com.
