Solicitation will be posted on Emptoris on April 14, 2011 at 5:00 p.m.  Offers will be accepted until April 18, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. 

All interested Suppliers will need to be registered on Emptoris in order to be notified when the solicitation becomes available: http://uspsesourcing.emptoris.com.

Click on the "Register Supplier Organization" link at the top right, and follow the instructions and prompts to complete your registration.  You will need a DUNs (Dun & Bradstreet) number and NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) (USPS CDS/Box Delivery Code - 49110) code to access the eSourcing tool.  The special toll-free number to obtain a DUNs number is 1-866-705-5711; follow the prompts for federal government contractors.
