Provide professional consulting services consisting of preparation of improvement design documents and bid and construction phase services for the digester boiler and appurtenances replacement located in the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant (HCTP). The work will be completed in two phases: 1) Design Phase, entails preparation of construction documents (plans, specifications, engineer's estimate), and engineering services during the bid process, 2) Construction Phase, entails providing engineering support services during construction of the project, per specifications.
