The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include cleaning of the interior of Digester No. 1 in two phases: removal of the solids/filtrate material left in the digester after the City has removed the filtrate to a level sufficient to open the side access door and cleaning the interior of the digester and appurtenances, removing, processing and disposing of the washdown materials (solids and liquids) as well cleaning of the mixing piping from the isolation valve to the interior, per specifications.
