The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supplies, and manufactured articles as required by the plans (Drawing Number 20-23A, Sheets 1-10), Specifications, and Contract Documents. The Project scope of work is to remove an existing retaining wall structure, install a replacement soldier pile and timber lagging retaining wall, excavation and grading, storm water conveyance facilitties, utility relocations and abandonments and chain link fencing installation., It shall also include the furnishing of all transportation and service, including fuel, power, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, per specifications.
