Provide professional consulting services consisting of preparation of a preliminary design report (PDR) relating to the existing retaining wall at the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant (HCTP) and proposed replacement, preparation of replacement design documents and bid and construction phase services. The work will be completed in two phases: 1) Design Phase entails preparation of construction documents (plans, specifications, engineer’s estimate), and engineering services during the bid process; 2) Construction Phase (not a part of this proposal) entails providing engineering support service during construction of the project. All services shall be provided in accordance with this Request for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Q), per specifications. Proposers are required to register with the City prior to downloading bid documents from the website and to be eligible to submit a proposal.
