Provide professional consulting services consisting of preparation of a preliminary design report (PDR). Preparation of improvement design documents and bid and construction phase services for the installation of a pipeline to convey stormflows from outside of the boundary of the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant (HCTP) to the historical storm drain outfall located on the southern end of the HCTP. The work will be completed in two phases: 1) Design Phase, entails preparation of construction documents (plans, specifications, engineer’s estimate), and engineering services during the bid process, 2) Construction Phase (not a part of this proposal), entails providing engineering support services during construction of the project. All services shall be provided in accordance with this Request for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Q), specifications.
