4.3.1 - Provide consultation and technical assistance services in support of the Healthy Native Communities Fellowship program including activities related to recruitment, promotion, selection of community leaders as fellows through a process that includes tribal leadership, fellowship curriculum development and delivery, provision of four week-long national on-site fellowship retreats each year, provision of support tools for fellows, operation of web-based support and collaboration tools for fellow and alumni, evaluation of the fellowship program, regional and national gathering for alumni, and development of regional support networks, as noted below.

4.3.2 - Provide consultation and technical assistance services in support of the National Just Move It Program including all activities related to promotion, development and dissemination of materials, operation of web-based tools for Native Communities to share what is working to promote physical activity at the local level, evaluation, and support of local Just Move It partners.

4.3.3 - Provide consultation and technical assistance services in support of the National Native Health Communications Center including provision of regional training to Native Communities on Digital Storytelling and Social Marketing, develop and produce Native-specific health & wellness communication media including print, audio, video, and web-based materials. The Center will also provide training and mentorship to Tribal and Native Community programs developing their own health communications capacity.

4.3.4 - Provide consultation and technical assistance services in support of the Native Wellness Resource Network including the provision of regional and local Creating Circles for Community Change trainings and support for Fellowship alumni, Community Wellness Champions, Just Move It Partners, Physical Activity Kit Partners, and others, and operation of web based collaboration and support tools for these & other wellness groups

4.3.5 - Provide consultation and technical assistance services in support of various other Regional and National Health Promotion projects in support of Health Promotion Disease Prevention Efforts - including Physical Activity Kit Production, training and promotion; Youth Leadership Development; SEARCH for Diabetes in Native Youth, Healthy Weight Across the Lifespan, Navajo Community Wellness Capacity Building, Navajo Youth Healthy Weight, Together on Diabetes, Navajo Turning Point, Service Unit Meth Suicide Prevention Initiatives, Baby Friendly Hospital Community and Family Education, Restoring and Celebrating Family Wellness, and other Health Promotion Disease Prevention projects.
