The Hearing Examiner shall oversee the entire hearing process, research and apply relevant laws and regulations, and prepare and issue decisions containing findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations for disposition, or other written rulings or decisions; and shall issue decisions within sixty days after the ending of all hearings. Hearings shall be conducted by the hearing officer as required by Ohio Revised Code Chapter 119 and any relevant Ohio Revised Code Section or Ohio Administrative Code section.
