NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD -- The 325th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole-source purchase order to Dynatest for the purchase of Single Axle, folding Trailer, Heavy Weight Deflectometer, Trailer Mounted Generator, setup, parts and labor. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.302 and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106(b), & FAR 6.302-1(a).

The anticipated award date is 12 Sep 13. This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60, North American Industry Classification System Code 334519 and Size Standard of 500 employees.
