The purpose of this modification is for the following:
1. To re-open the RFI from April 15, 2019 through April 19, 2019 to address questions received from synopsis number 80GSFC19001 posted on December 14, 2018 and extended to February 28, 2019.
2. To clarify the Statement of Work has 'three exhibits" there is only "one exhibit" that the contractor shall design, build and install.
