It is the Virginia Contracting Activity's (VACA) intent to obtain information pretaining to industry's availability to provide support services in the following areas: technology maturation, technology evaluation, technology development, system development, system procurement, integration and test, system design, exploitation, data sciences, network and communications integration (i.e. data-exfiltration), application & computer system development (for deployed sensors), and testing support.  Please see the attached Helios RFI for additional information.
