To run from a mechanical cooler (min.heat lift 700mw @ 4k)
Ultra cold 3He stage heat lift approx.3uW @ T <250mk
Intermediate 3He stage heat lift approx.80uW @ T- 1.5 mk.
Hold Time: approx 24 hours continuously.
Cycle time (4 k to 250 mk) < 2 hours.
Addtional features:
Customer supplied ULT thermometry (NTD Germanium, Ru02, or "Cernox" sensors) fitted to both 3He cold heads.
Diode thermometry supplied by CRC Ltd. ( 8 diodes in all)
All wiring carried to MDM-37 connector, mounted on unit.
HE3 Gas in appropriate cylinder at 99.91% atomic purity or better to be supplied by SLAC.
