The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, replacement parts, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the service maintenance and repair for the rental hematology analyzer. The contractor will also provide all the reagents and controls for the hematology analyzer at 18 Medical Group (MDG) Clinic, Laboratory, Bldg. 626, room LK08.This requirement will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan.
