The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives notice of  intent to award a sole source contract to Beckman Coulter 250 South Kramer Blvd. Brea, CA 92821 as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-(b), soliciting from a single source to satisfy agency requirements. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated.

  Beckman Coulter will provide the following materials:

CLIN 0001- Cost per test agreement/Hematology Analyzer DxH 800 Bench Top.                 

CLIN 0002 - Industrial funding fee

Firms responding to this are asked to provide the following information in their initial response: company's full name, business size, address, point of contact, and a clear indication as to whether or not they can provide the item the government is seeking.  Final responses to this will be due on 12:00pm, Central Standard Time (CST), on 23 August 2012.
