Hematology Analyzer & reagants

For Hematology services, a multi-parameter analyzer that is capable of running up to 3000 samples per year. Field Service and technical support are a must as Air Force Biomedical Equipment Repair technicians do not work on them. The system would have to be capable of interfacing with our Composite HealthCare System (CHCS). The analyzer must do Complete blood count, including white cell differential and histograms for WBC, RBC and Pit and absolute values and percentages and all red blood cell indicies. Should also include user definable high/low flagging of patients results, Graphical printout of results, including histograms, Choice of six different reporting profiles, Storage of up to 250 patient results, Automated quality assurance functions, Statistical summary of quality control and IQAP data, Automatic sequencing of sample ID number, Ability to enter institutional header onto reports. Must be capable of meeting standards for Reproducibility and Carry over studies. The %CV reproducibility limits must be as follows: WBC <=2.5, RBC <=2.0, HgB <=1.5, MCV <-2.0, PLT <=5.0 and MPV <=3.0.

The lease will need to be from 1 Oct 2012 through 30 September 2013 and Analyzer Reagants will be needed to be delivered within that period.
