Pope AFB intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory of 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Pope AFB intends to negotiate a firm fixed - price purchase order with Beckman Coulter Inc, 250 S. Kraemer Blvd, Brea CA 92821-6232, for annual rental service for hematology services.
