Isle of Wight County is seeking competitive bids for site upgrades at recently constructed set of three canopy buildings at the County’s Heritage Park site located at 21311 Courthouse Highway in Isle of Wight County and identified as Joel C. Bradshaw Fairgrounds. Site improvements consist of, but are not limited to; grading, new asphalt milling pavement section and on site stormwater collection system installation, and site lighting. The project includes provisions for temporary erosion and sediment control features including, but not limited to; inlet protections, check dams, and temporary & permanent seeding. Contractor shall provide a warranty on all work for a period of one (1) year after final payment.
