It is a lump sum bid, and it is the responsibility of the subcontractor to include all requirements in their bid to complete their scope of work. Any subcontractor claims for extra costs due to working overtime hours to meet schedule will not be reimbursed. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted. Ledcor reserves the right to accept any bid with anyone who submits a bid in response to this Invitation to Bid on the basis of any criterion which Ledcor deems to be most advantageous to itself and to reject or accept in Ledcor’s sole discretion any bid that does not conform to the requirements of this Invitation to Bid, whether or not materially non-compliant. If you submit a bid in response to this Invitation to Bid, you will have no claim for any compensation or damages whatsoever if Ledcor does not accept your bid or enter into a contract with you for any reason. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted. Ledcor reserves the right to accept any bid with anyone who submits a bid in response to this Invitation to Bid and to reject or accept (in its’ sole discretion) any bid that does not conform to the requirements of this Invitation to Bid. If you submit a bid in response to this Invitation to Bid, you will have no claim for any compensation or damages whatsoever if Ledcor does not accept your bid or enter into a contract with you for any reason. It is the subcontractor's responsibility to review all Bid documents and perform a site visit. Claims from subcontractors for errors or omissions that arise as a result of the bidder’s failure in this regard will not be entertained. Successful bidders will be required to enter into the Ledcor form of contract, and abide by all Ledcor policies and procedures.
