The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified licensed sources for general civil engineering services, through professional services competitive negotiation, to assist in the implementation of various improvements to the facilities owned by the Town. These improvements include, but are not limited to studies, surveys, designs and construction administration. Services would also include related engineering disciplines, as needed by the Town of Herndon on an on-call basis.
